Estimate scope

What the starting price covers and what is estimated separately

The exact scope depends on the service, but the estimate follows one rule: base work and stage outcomes are fixed in the proposal, while variable costs are shown as separate items.

Usually included in the base estimate

  • task review, requirements and an agreed structure
  • responsive interface and implementation of the core scenario
  • technical SEO foundation, forms, analytics and testing
  • deployment, pre-launch checks and access handover

Estimated separately

  • large-scale copywriting, photography, video and content migration
  • custom integrations, data migration and work with legacy code
  • licences, paid services, hosting and media spend
  • ongoing SEO, campaign management, maintenance and post-launch features

Hourly website improvement rates

Hourly billing is used for minor fixes, consultations, local integrations and extra tasks beyond an agreed maintenance plan.

$20/hourFor small fixes, consultations and extra work beyond a maintenance plan.
  • Time is tracked in 10-minute increments with a clear task report.
  • Work above 2-3 hours is estimated and approved in advance.
  • For regular maintenance, a monthly plan is usually more efficient.

Support beyond the plan

When monthly tasks exceed the regular maintenance package.

Existing website improvements

A new form, block, page, layout fix or bug fix without a separate project.

Local integration work

Adjusting CRM, ERP, inventory or marketplace exchange when the base already works.

Audit or consultation

Reviewing code, UX, SEO, performance, bugs or technical decisions.

Cost calculation

What affects website development cost

The estimate reflects structure and workflows, design, content volume, business logic, integrations, the condition of the existing product and launch requirements.

Structure and scenarios

Pages, catalog sections, user roles, forms, statuses and branches of the customer journey.

Design and content

We account for unique page templates, interface complexity, the readiness of copy and images, and the number of landing pages.

Integrations and data

CRM, ERP, inventory, payments, delivery, marketplaces and external APIs need exchange rules, logs and testing.

Timing and risks

Urgent launch, legacy code, unknown CMS or critical release windows require more control and buffers.

FAQ

Website development pricing questions

What a starting price means, how scope is fixed and when hourly billing is appropriate.

Why is there no fixed price list for every page?

A 10-page website can be a simple company site or a project with catalog logic, CRM, roles, SEO structure and complex forms. Starting ranges are useful, but the final price needs a brief.

What is included in the starting price?

The base scope usually includes structure, design, frontend, programming, testing and launch. Content, custom integrations, paid visuals, ongoing SEO and ad budgets are estimated separately.

Can we order only one stage?

Yes. You can order an audit, design, frontend, integration, SEO structure, support or improvement work for an existing site.

Is the price fixed in the contract?

Yes. After the scope is approved, price and timing are fixed. New tasks outside the initial scope are estimated separately before work starts.

When is hourly billing better?

Hourly billing is better for small, irregular tasks. For a new website, store or large integration, a fixed staged estimate is safer.

How long does estimation take?

Usually 1-2 business days after a short brief or call. If an existing CMS, website or integration needs an audit, we agree on the estimate timing separately.
