FBO replenishment service
Demand forecasting and replenishment service for FBO sellers
A React and FastAPI service that combines marketplace sales and stock data, forecasts demand and turns stockout or overstock risk into a practical replenishment plan.

Problem and effect
What was built and what the business received
A case is not only a screen. It should show the business problem, solution architecture, result after launch and DevAstro responsibility area.
What had to be solved
Help FBO sellers avoid stockouts and overstock by turning marketplace sales, stock and orders into clear replenishment actions.
How the working system was assembled
We designed a React data product with a FastAPI server, forecast recalculation, data import from marketplaces and ERP, risk grouping and recommendation review.
What the business received
The concept provides a replenishment plan, risk priorities, demand forecasts, channel analytics and exportable reports instead of scattered spreadsheets.
What DevAstro was responsible for
DevAstro was responsible for product UX, interface structure, server API logic, forecasting process, data model, integrations and case packaging.
Solution breakdown
How the key screens and scenarios work
The interface and API connect data imports, forecasting, recommendation review, SKU analytics and reports. Users can inspect both the calculated plan and the factors behind each recommendation.

Replenishment plan and recommendation queue
The plan groups recommendations by priority so the supply team can handle critical risks first.

Demand forecast and model explanation
The forecast screen shows actual demand, predicted demand, model accuracy and the reasons behind a recommendation.

Assortment health by SKU
The assortment view highlights active SKUs, risky items, new products and candidates for removal by sales channel.

Data import and mapping
Marketplace, ERP and CSV/XLSX imports are mapped into one structure so forecasts use consistent stock and sales data.

Reports and export
Reports combine sales by channel, deficit dynamics, stock coverage and scheduled exports for the purchasing team.
Technical system
Architecture, stack and growth foundation
The stack is chosen for business scenarios: website speed, manageable content, external integrations, analytics, SEO and further support.
Not a technology list, but a working system
A website or service should be easy to evolve: add pages, connect APIs, launch SEO and paid traffic without breaking user scenarios.
